Well we got some of my pre-turbo parts installed and running. One of them is my SAFC II. Well we got it all up and running but I noticed something way off. With my foot completely off the accelerator the SAFC will still show that I have throttle sometimes as high as 4.5. Even when I am IDLING in a driveway it will occasionally show throttle from 0-4.5. Also while cruising along the car shudders and shows my throttle jumping: sometimes as high as 10 points. EX: Yesterday, I was cruising at 66 mph at about 26-2700 rpm and the throttle was at 16.7 it would jump up to 17.8 then back down then back up to 24.6. These fluctuations happen regulary and especially after cold starts. They usually stop after driving for a while(more than 15 minutes), but then they will creep back around.
I used to think that this was from the PAIR valve but now I am suspecting that it might be the throttle position sensor. I need to get this fixed before I affix the turbo...I don't want to break anything. Any ideas?
PS: THE RPM's DO NOT raise when the SAFC II shows throttle blips, it's like the throttle is doing weird things but the RPM's and the speed of the car don't do anything....
