I've seized a few motors. If its seized it won't turn over. My advice would be to do a compression test on each cylinder. You don't want anymore then a 5psi difference between cylinders.
You may have snapped a timing chain. Which would allow your motor to turn over but your cams are just gonna sit there. Thus no start. I had this happen to me as well. If your timing chain did snap, then somthing caused your engine to come to a stop suddenly. Could be a main bearing, cam journal, rod bearing or basically anything that spins and req's oil for lube. If your not comfortable working on the engine I'd take it to a shop. But not a dealership. Those Nazi's will gouge you.
I don't think you burned up that much oil. You would have been doing the Spyhunter down the road. Probably a bad leak. Check your seals.
I'm assuming you reserviced the motor again before you try to turn it over.
