Just for ****s and giggles, I'll take your post at face value.
Nobody can just type up a post and tell you everything you should do with your car. It's your car, you should decide what you want to do with it.
Just hang out around here for a while and you'll learn all of the stuff you'll need to know. There are a lot of ways you can squeeze more power out of a stock 240SX, but don't forget about suspension and brake upgrades too.
Air intakes, catback exhaust systems, headers, nitrous, turbo setups, high compression pistons for NA engine builds, more aggressive cams, ECU upgrades...the list goes on and on.
You need to clearly define goals (dedicated track car, daily driver, weekend racer) and set a reasonable budget. Read what other people are doing with their cars and ask questions. Do some research and formulate a plan (even if an informal one) for what you want to do with your car.
You really can't just start throwing parts at the car and hope that things turn out for the best. Read the forums and don't forget to enjoy your car, stock or not.
