Need help

Can anyone tell me what years and model this rear subframe and diff is out of? I was told a 1985 300z, but I can only find the half axles under 1982 280z.

Thats a 280 rear axle not a 300. I believe all the 300s uses the r200 axle and that's a long nose axle which the 240/260/280 used. Not to mention its 4 lug. z31 and z32 are 5 lug

great! that is a big help. Any idea of what years i should ask for parts like calipers for?

Couldn't tell ya. For the most part they were all the same. All i could say is take a pic of the caliper and compare to multiple ones on ebay. Also ebay will usually give you a year range for the calipers like 79-83 (for exampmle) so it can be educational if you use some common sense when reading info.
