Need Help!!!!

Just swapped out my Clutch, Pressure Plate and Throwout Bearing. I cant get in to 1st gear, or 4th or 5th for that matter. But 2nd, 3rd and reverse work great. Any ideas? By the way this site is amazing, most helpful site ever found!

Did you double check everything before bolting in everything?Did you have any difficulty putting it into gear before the swap?

btw, I'm thinking about swapping my own clutch and stuff, but I only have ramps and a hydraulic jack, how hard was it?

It wasnt that hard. I suggest getting some jack stands for the rear end. It will make it alot easier and safer. And bring a strong friend. When you actually do it, let me know. I can give you some tips on how to angle it correctly to put it in easier.

Now on to my car. It shifted pretty smoothly before. I am wondering if I put the shifter back in-correctly. Or if I possibly blew some gears. I was in 1st when the clutch went out, so would other gears be affected, or just the gear I was in if I blew my transmission?

Figured out what was wrong, pretty dumb tho. Now im starting to think maybe a wheel bearing is going bad. Whenever I accelerate my rpms go up, but its like im "bogging out", little power is transferred to the wheels. Almost like my rear wheels are slipping, but they are not. Could it just be a bad sensor making it run all crappy?

yea, it was like that before I did the transmission work. I did only pay $800 for the car, so I was prepared for problems, im just trying to figure out whats up with it.
