how do I put the belt tensioner bolt back for the belt tensioner(ac). I accidentaly pulled it straight out with my air gun.

the exact opposite way you put it in...

make sure you loosen the nut that holds the tensioner pulley on.

that bolt that adjust the tension just moves the pulley up and down but the pulley won't move if you haven't loosened up that nut. You will likely just bend the bolt or break something if that nut is tight.

What bolt? Are talking about the threaded rod that holds the pulley or the one that is used to apply tension to the pulley.

If you took the nut off and the tensioner rod fell in you can hold it out while installing the nut using a long thin screwdriver.

you should be able to hold the pulley and start the lower tensioning bolt by hand then you should be straight.
