I recently rebuilt my motor, and installed it back into the car. Since then I haven't been able to get it idle correctly at all. At first I thought I was just a vaccum leak, so I check every vaccum line and all of my intercooler couplers. I found a leak where one of my injectors meet the intake manifold. Which once fixed, did not fix my problem. From there I tried to retune the ecu since my afr drifts between 18.9 and 17.6. But no matter what I try it either goes way to rich once the car warms up, or starts and idles for a few seconds and then leans out. After messing with the computer for awhile and geting nowhere, I replaced both the acc and iacv in hopes that would solve the problem. But it didn't.

I bought a fuel pressure tester and at idle I am only getting about 40psi of fuel pressure. Which is low, but I don't think its low enough to cause the afr to be in the 18s.

My setup is a calum ecussac manifold with a garrett to4esubaru sti injectors in a stock fuel rail.

well I dont' know about the numbers but I would raise the fuel pressure to the stock level of 60 psi IIRC. It makes sense that the engine will lean out if the fuel pressure is too low.

The stock fuel pressure is 43.4psi according to the fsm, but the main problem is once its running. If I do anything other than ease into the throttle the fuel cuts and the car tries to die.
