I recently rebuilt my motor, and installed it back into the car. Since then I haven't been able to get it idle correctly at all. At first I thought I was just a vaccum leak, so I check every vaccum line and all of my intercooler couplers. I found a leak where one of my injectors meet the intake manifold. Which once fixed, did not fix my problem. From there I tried to retune the ecu since my afr drifts between 18.9 and 17.6. But no matter what I try it either goes way to rich once the car warms up, or starts and idles for a few seconds and then leans out. After messing with the computer for awhile and geting nowhere, I replaced both the acc and iacv in hopes that would solve the problem. But it didn't.
I bought a fuel pressure tester and at idle I am only getting about 40psi of fuel pressure. Which is low, but I don't think its low enough to cause the afr to be in the 18s.
My setup is a calum ecussac manifold with a garrett to4esubaru sti injectors in a stock fuel rail.
