need help

a couple days ago i was driving and my clutch went limp and got stuck to the floor. i lifted it up and pumped it to get some pressure but was still mushy and enganging at the top of the pedal. i looked under the car, i noticed that the slave had some fluid dripping from it. i also checked all the lines and master for leaks. today i changed the slave with a new one and took out the black box but it still felt mushy and had a high grabbing point. then i replaced the master and bled completely. i had good pressure for a minute and than it went mushy again as i started driving. the clutch grabs at the top of the travel. i dont think the clutch is bad yet. its an ACT street/strip thats about 4 months old. i am totally clueless as to what to do now. by the way i have a 89 s13 with a sr20det. please help
