Ok so my 240 was overheating...I changed the thermostat, water pump, Fan clutch flushed the entire coolant system and even changed the head gasket. The coolant still boils over after a few minutes of driving! Yes I sat there and bled it over and over and over again...Any body else go thru this?

Measure the radiator pressure build up and check for HC vapors in coolant with a combustion gas tester = blown head gasket.

Check your cap too. Was the water pretty rusty when you did the flush? gooey?

I've been through what you're going through. See thread & bleeding procedure:

My fix ended up being a new radiator from 1-800-radiator (cheap and negotiable- even got a metal one) + a thorough bleeding procedure.

Don't pull the motor until you replace the radiator first. It seems like everybody on can do the bleeding procedure and replace every component of the cooling system... except the radiator. It's worth a shot.

I put in an s14 radiator that my brother in law had lying around....still the same thing..... I think that just about covers everything to check. Im going to drain the motor oil and rev it up to about 5k and wait for a boom bang or pow....then im going to yank that dead a$$ motor out...Thanks for the help everyone.
