But, since i'm a nice guy, I'll tell you what I did.Drill two holes in it 180 degrees apart. Tap them, thread bolts in, and use a puller plate. Combine this method with heat on the cog if it's tough. The part number for the replacement cog, key, and plate are in the parts list (might still be a sticky).
Now, check your attitude, and search next time.
Nahh, what is it, cast iron? It took me all of 15 mins to drill and tap it. But, you're partially right, don't expect your Black and Decker cordless sheetrock drill to be up to the job.
