NEED HELP!!!!!!

I just bought a 1995 240sx se with a blown head. I bought a remand head from a company in Dallas named ADC. These guys SUCK! They sent me the wrong head to begin with and when they sent the second head it had two intake cams in it. Good thing we looked. When we put the head on we had to shave the timing cover because they shaved the head to much. Now the car will start but has a rough Idle and will kill when you hit the brakes while driving. It sat for only a month so I don't think the fuel is bad. I'm Starting to think the head is just bad. I NEED HELP!

Any advice will be greatly appreciated

The car runs fine when excellerating so it may not be the internals. Hell, I don't know. I need help.

what's the vac reading? have you checked your mafs, or tps?

if its the head you will either have compression probs or plug fouling probs.
