Need Help

Hi i am wondering where the ECCS is on my 1991 240SX? I just swap the SR in my S13 and its cranks but there is no spark or fuel getting into the motor,but it is getting fuel all the way to the fuel filter.All the wiring is right(I think)I check it over 10 times refering to Heavy Throttle's SR swap FAQ.I called a friend of mine that works a garage and he said it might be the ECCS,so could someone please tell me where the is located and any other info on why its not starting?

The ECCS is the ECU, the computer that controls the engine. I hope you swapped that out otherwise your going to be having major problems. Its behind the passenger side dash kick panal.

Yeah i figured that,my friend at the garage really didnt know to much about the SR swap.but ya i got the SR ECU in there and all the wiring is correct.And there is still no spark.Could it be the ignitor chip?
