I tried everything and i can not get this motor to turn over, i just replaced the spark plugs, andgo to try and start and the motor started to turn over but just would not catch, i tried it a bunch of times and it just wont go, so i go to take the spark plugs out and put them back in to see if they were in all the way, and there is some fluid on the plugs, and it kind of looked like oil, i know i have to replace the fuel pressure regulator, cause its bad, but does anyone have any ideas on what to do

If it's not even turning over, it has nothing to do with getting spark or fuel. It would be narrowed down to these things-- bad grounds, bad starter, weak battery, incorrect wiring of the starter, incorrect wiring of the plug that contains the ignition signal, or a bad ecu. I would start with all those.

I think it's cranking, it's just not starting. Correct me if I'm wrong...
