i was wondering if a 17x9 +15 offset will fit flush on the rear of a stock 240sx fastback????

That's a bit of an insult. It'll look good. There are 1000 threads dedicated to just that size and offset, and 1000 pictures on the internet of just that size wheel.

Please search(or read posts on the same page) every now and then..
