need help suspension and tire size

new here just bought some rota p45r offset 20 all around. in a couple of days il be getting some ksport coilovers debatin on the pro kit or slide control. wonderin if its gonna rub in my fenders because of the size and offset and what size of tires recommend. if ima need spacers really dont want to go that way please help

welcome...but you should really post this in the wheels/tire forum. You are going to give us more info for us to give you the best answer. For one, what size wheel? and you sure you have your heart set on Ksports? Do some research on them...

I would stay far away from K-Sport. Not only do they commonly result in this:







But the ride quality is terrible compared to good coilovers. Not to mention handling characteristics.

Get some Megan Streets if you want something cheap. The ones that were built in 2009 were pretty good; ie much better then the ones before.

Don't know what car you are putting them on, but I have a S14 and 18x9.5 +20 will NOT clear my coilovers. From the research that I have been doing and understanding is that on a S-chasis 9.5 width will need a minimum +12 on the offset.

I have now 18x9.5 +15 w/ 3mm slip on spacers to clear my front coilovers and I run 225/35 tires. With this set-up it was just a roll on the fenders.
