Anyone is capable of doing it with general mechanical knowledge, a good set of tools, and a FSM. Do your self a favor and download a FSM for your chassis NOW and read it twice before even touching the car. You will need fresh trans oil as you will drain the transmission to make the job easier and less messy (honestly how long has it been since you changed it?) , to do the job right you should use new bolts on the flywheel but you can use the old ones , if not installing a new flywheel you should at least have your old one cut to ensure it is even and wont tear the new disc material up.
If you are unsure about the job or you don't have a torque wrench then don't even attempt to do it or you will be sorry. If you were going to pay the guy that came to your house you could just call the local trans shop and ask how much to install a customer (you) supplied clutch in a 19__ Nissan 240sx.
