Folks, I need a little help.

While visiting a junkyard to find a replacement mirror for my '98 Maxima GXE, I totally lucked out. Turned out the Max that had the matching mirror also had all-black leather interior, which my Max didn't have. I bought the door panels, center console, and the black leather seats.

The problem is that my Max has manual seats, but the junked one's seats are power. I pulled out the carpeting and for the life of me couldn't find matching wires to plug into the new seats.

Am I missing something, or do I have to buy an expensive wiring harness? And once I have the right wires, how do I hook it up? Thanks for your help!

THe non-power maxima was not wired for powered seats. That's obvious.

You'll have to run wires from the door panel under the carpet and pick up a plug. Also, don't forget the relays for power

You might want to check, could you take the mounts off of the non-power seat, and put them on the power seat? THat'd be alot easier
