Need Help- S14 SR

Hey i just finished my 98 s14 sr swap with NA ecu had the wiring done by wiring specialties i started it up, starts fine but it wont idle right the rpms (rise and drop, rise and drop) so i thought it was a vac leak found one and fixed it and still does it so i tryed unpluging the MAF and it stop and idled fine but abit high so i tryed cleaning the maf still did it just wondering if you guys think it would be the maf or do you have any other ideas?
