I have not changed one on an Infiniti, but i have repalced a few mirrors on other models. It is an easy job once you get the door panel off (the hardest part). There are two or three studs on the mirror mount that protrude through the door skin/panel so you need to remove those nuts and then just unplug the electrical connector. Window needs to be in up position (at least on the models I worked on) to give you enough room to get your hand in there.
