That's not one of the easier jobs simply because of the lack of space in the engine bay. Removing the water pump as well as everything else in front of the seal is first, and once everything is out of the way, you can then unbutton and pry the little sucker off. I would also drop the oil pan while you're at and knock it all out at once. We don't actually have DIY ready for this one and without the engine in front of me I can't walk you through it step by step. Hope that helps at least a little.
