need help repining f4 plug

im doing and s14 sr into my 97 240, and im trying to repin the f4 plug on the sr harness, i have the gray pieces adjusted to were you can pull the wires out of the plug but they still seem stuck and wont pull out. anyone know how to get the pins out of the plug, without breaking anything of course. thanks, id post a pic but the site keeps saying its too wide or something
