Need Help... removing power window harness

Well im converting my manual windows to power windows and takin all the stuff from my friends car. Well i got the harness all the way out the driver side door but i dont see where it connects in the interior. do i have to remove the dash to get the rest out? Also, is there a plug this will connect to in my harness that has manual windows or will i have to use his whole interior harness?
