Fist is it a s13, or s14. s13 the platic trim that holds all the connectors? well you there are two ways to do this. one is rough house it and you might crack it you have to wiggle it then spin it to the left to get it out. number two requiors a 12mm socket and ratchet there are two 12mm bolts that hold the steering wheel up. they are located under the ignition modual. remove those two and the whole steering rack will lower. then after you get it out put the bolts back in and becareful to put them in straight because my friend just stripped on of his. since your there take out the gauge cluster and upgrade to some LED's. hope this help if you have any questions just post again ill check back in a few days.
