I replaced my alternator and didn't tighten the belt/idler tensioner so it flew off so now I don't know how to put it back together, I've searched the net but can't find a diagram, etc to help out, here are pics of what I have, not including the big bolt that holds it on, thanks.

I think you're missing the covers. Here's a diagram of the one for the a/c compressor, but I think they're essentially the same.
