Is it possible to switch a sohc engine from a 1993 240 to a sohc 1990 240? Are their any modifications. I am able to get one from a 93 immediatly and I dont want to get it if its not going to fit.

SOHC KA24E engines only came in 240SX during years 89-90.

so in other words im getting di**ed around by this guy who is telling me that he has a sohc from a 93 240, right.

93' have KA24DE dohc. maybe he just doesnt know what he is talking about either.

If youre looking to replace your blown motor I think the KA24DE will swap into your 90' fairly easily though
