Need help quick!

so here is the problem, i blew my block and had to get a new one, well the first problem was that we could not find the right engine mount bracket, we bent one to make it fit but the engine sat crooked, now we found the right bracket but now the engine sits really crooked, the guy working on my car said that the casting numbers on the blocks were different the original is 07218 and the new one is 12273, does this make a difference or is there some kind of trick to sit the engine right.
