Need help quick ASAP on iac and tps set up

Need step by step instructions on iac, throttle hard stop, and tps setup. I know the tps needs to be. 45 closed and 4.5 -5v wot. Tried seatching quick but.... need got get this set to make it to the strip. Please and thank u a lot.

Ok found iac screw adjustment. All the way in bck out 1/4. I'm guessing set that, the the throttle stop screw, then the tps voltage?

leave the throttle stop alone, should not need to be changed from factory.
clean the throttle body and throttle blade well with carb cleaner and set tps to 0.45v and roll with it.
