Need help putting my front bumper back on.

My son called me last night and said a friend of his came over to visit and when he was pulling in the driveway, caught the edge of the front bumper on the drivers side and it pulled it off like a rusty gate. I was able to get it back on except for just to the left of the drivers headlight and in front of the drivers wheel well.

Is there a way to reconnect all of the attachments or am I better off taking it to a body shop and having them fix it?

headlight needs to be removed to get the bumper tucked in properly.
