ok here's my deal i have done some searching and looking but every one has a diffrent way of installing turbo vacum lines. also i have not seen anything about installing an fmu.

my plee to all the ka24det gurus' is can any body show me the light.i am installing it in on friday and have only four hours to get it done.my other concern is the ic piping.do i have to run any lines to that?

tdo4h internal wastgate turbohks ss bloww off valve vortech fmu

i'm sorry if this post seems kinda lame but know one around me seems to know the answer.every one just tells me to find a vacum hose and then "T" it off.

Exactly....to hell with trying to do it in 4 hours...not exactly something you want to rush.

well i attend a automative tech school and on friday we have shopbut class is only for hours.i haven't learned anything about engines yet.but i can build a crazy 350 turbo transmission=).alot of the guys at my school are all muscle heads.so alot of them do not know how to add a aftermarket turbo.

as for four hours,i think we can do it.(we is my group at school)if i prep everything at home and bring it to shop and just do the insatll i think that's enough time.also there's a dyno at school so i would like to run my car on it.if i can't get it done in that time frame i can leave the car there.till the next day.

ok this is what i kinda solved last night.the line from the internal actuator hooks up to the turbo.the 2 lines that are on the stock intake piping will go on my new piping for the maf on the turbo side.i hope that's right.as for the blow off valve and fmu not for sure yet.

FMU just goes in line into the fuel return line, the one that DOESN'T go through the filter, and I don't know about the BOV, I'd expect a vaccum line of some sort, though...try and find some turbocharged engine pics, and see where the hose goes...that's the best way to do it,

oh, and the other line on the FMU needs boost, 'cause it'sa boost dependant FMU, it needs that input,

ok

this is what i figured out.i ask a teacher and he told me to look up an old 85 200 sx vacum diagram.the internal wastegate is hooked up into the turbo inlit pipe.the blow off valve is hooked back into the throttle body vacum line.now comes the part i don't understand the fmu.does it replace the fpr.the way i see it is the vortech fmu has 1 fuell inlit,1fuel outlet, and 1 vacom line inlit.if i'mwrong some one please correct me.

as for the the ic piping i know i have to make 1 more inlit for a line for the maf side.all most all the parts are ready for install.i hope this pulls through.

I'm on day three, and putting in near 8 hours a day....

It takes forever to find all the little things you need...

hey,

thanks for every ones reply but i figured it out.fuel line goes into the center bottom inlit.the second one goees to your fuel pressure regulator.antd the top inlit is for a vacum hose.
