Need Help! Problem with installation FC Comander to S14a!

Hello.
I have Nissan 200SX S14a, year 1999.
Today I tried to install Apexi FC Comander ( number on the box : 414AN016 ,On the ECU model serial No: PFC SR2016 020-0755 ) and I have the problem with pins.
Like I find in internet I should change some pins (22 to 30; 30 to 40; 40 to 30 ; 31 to 22 , and relocat 106 to 104)
as I found here http://nissansilvia.com.au/forums/index ... pic=206041 . Pin 104 should be empty !
But in my car pin 104 is already has wire.
And I can't find same ECU Harness diagram like in my car.
