Need help pricing 260Z

Hi,

My name is Shaun. My dad passed away last year and left us with a Datzun 260Z with no title and no keys; I'm not even sure what year it is. It's in pretty rough shape. It used to run, but hasn't in a few years. The tires are all flat (probably dry-rotted). The ignition is a mess. And the driver's side window is broken out. My instinct was just to get rid of it in whatever way I could, but I know these are collector cars. Mostly I just want to get rid of it without feeling like I got duped. What would be a reasonable price to ask for it?
