Hi:

I am new here people. I have a situation. I just purchased a G37s Coupe from a dealer. When I was purchasing I also purchased a Paint/leather protection and Rust module. When they were applying the paint protection they have buffed with a high speed buffer and now I see all these buffing marks all over my car. Also Instead of they installing the Rust module they have rust proof the whole car with some white stuff with the engine area. I dont like this. This is not the deal I got it or singed for. I realized this when I went home with my new car. They first told me that they forgot to install and they made a mistake and rust proof instead of installing the module. Also they said they will pain my car where it has the high speed buffing marks. I dont want them to re-paint a brand new car. I want them to give me a new car. Any suggestions. so far dealr wants till tuesday to discuss. What are my chances of getting another new g37.

Since they messed up with the paint protection and rust module applications, your chances are 60/40 of getting a replacement car. Tell them that what they have done is UNACCEPTABLE. Your car will probably become a 'loaner car' if they agreed to take it back.

I'm not sure why you requested paint and leather protections and rust module. IMO they are unnecessary expenses. If you want to keep the paint in good shape, apply Clay Bar to remove manufacturing/shipping contaminants followed by car polish like Zaino or equivalent. For the leather seats, cleaners and conditioners from Leatherique, Lexol and Zaino are very good.

Infiniti has 7-yr/unlimited mileage warranty. If you want to keep the car for more than 7 years, then have a thorough car wash, especially of the undercarriage, each spring time.

This is a Coupe G37s Manual. I donno about the loner car situation. Hopefully they will give me a new car, becasue it only has 300km right now. And I parked it in the garage so they cannot say it has so many km either. I cannot belive this...what they did to it.

Simply get a lawyer and go after a new car and lawyer expenses. It seems to me that they did not deliver on the contract as specified which by the sounds of it changed the delivered product permanetly.
