Need Help Please!!!

I am having problems withe my hood fitment/placement for my S15 front conversion. The hood is to far forward and too high up, to where there is a gap that you can see when you are sitting inside the car.

The parts i am working with are the following: S15 Hinges from JSPECS15 Hood from Underground Motor SportsS13 - S15 Fenders from Underground Motor Sports

I really need some info please. I have used the search button. I have looked around. Any help is appreciated !! =) ..
