2 things you can do . First you can disable the drop resistor on the transmission to make harder shifts. It makes them quicker and crisper. Second is the correct way which is a VB mod (valve body modification A.K.A. shift kit). Most decent transmission shops can do this for 150-200 bucks. If you do the VB mod you will want a transmission cooler. If you do the drop resistor, wire in a WOT (wide open throttle) switch where it only disables the drop resistor at WOT. Or you can do as I did and wire in a switch on the dash and you control when it's disabled. You don't want to drive it all the time with it disabled. Check out this post for drop resistor mod: zerothread?id=193084

The switch has to be correct to start. It needs to be a closed circut that opens only when switched. You simply cut one of the wires on the resistor plug and splice in the switch. I wired mine with a flip switch in the dash, because I drive at WOT a lot and don't want to hard shift the transmission that much. If you go to the search option and search VB mod in the Maxima forum, topic body, you should pull up a post where maxhopper tells of a good shop to order the VB mod kit from. Not sure what "is there anylike shift kits" means. A VB mod is a shift kit. One in the same. It modifys the valve body in the transmission.
