Do a self diagnostic on the ECU, that is the next step you should take. That should point you in the right direction. Let us know what you find.

The ICM was replaced before the ride around the block? Check the CAS, TPS and MAF, and their connections. Nothing is wet or damp? Try an extended cranking session with the gas pedal held to the floor. Got the correct spark plugs? Your current set could be fouled by now.

Check the IAA/AAC/FICD valves and the Air Regulator, for vacuum leaks and the engine timing.

Some searching might yield a number of wrong plug stories.

NGK PFR6B-11 are colder plugs. I have them in my J30, but the key is NGK platinum and all of the other numbers/specifications. Figure it has some thing to do with the VG30DE CAS and six individual coilpacks configuration.

Take those out, they could work, but will run like crap or not have the performance you desire. Have you checked the ECU for codes yet? Until you do that you are just shooting with a blindfold.
