need help please, my car wont start!!!.

my car wont start at all, it doesnt even crank. i already check the solenoid, the wires and the relays and everything seems to work fine. i still cant figure out whats going on with my car. please help out.

battery is OK??? then check fuse and starter.

i took the starter to autozone to get it tested and it pass and the battery is brand new. and all the fuses are ok none of them are burn. what else should i look for?
