Thats a great looking car. I've never seen an R33 or any Skyline for that matter in that color. Is it really yours? If so, more pictures.

18" will look the best, these (or their Rota knock-off cousins) are my favourites;Advan RGIIBBS LMBBS RREnkei RPF1Enkei RPF1 Type IIGram Lights; all models except R57GTNismo LM GT4Volk Racing TE37Weds SA-67RWeds TC105NWork Emotion CRWork VS XXWork Meister S1

I think front 18x8.5 should do (+32 to +35), and rear 18x9.5 (+34 to +38), without spacers. At the moment I have a set of 2pc. Kakimoto Racing, don't know the model though... they're 17x8.5 +34 and 17x9.5 +37, they fill the wheel arches perfect without rubbing. They're too smal for my liking though, and I don't like hub caps, especially those big ones covering the lug nuts as well.

I also think you should get a Spec 2 or a GTR rear wing, those Spec 1 things are fugly

Black or white TE37s 18x10 rear 18x9 front with an offset below at least 20. Especially with those fender flares in the rear.
