Need help passing failed emmissions.

91 240sx:It passed the test where you hold it at 2500rpm but failed the idling test. Appears that I am running rich. Did tune-up: o2 sensor, cap/rotor, plugs&wires, air and fuel filter.

your injectors could have small leak. check your cylinders for wetness. check your temperature sensor
