Need help parking light connectors.

what kind of connectors are these? they connect to the parking lights.if anyone can help that would great..

Did you rip them off by accident? Idk man, maybe if you go to nissan with it they will have some for you?

no i cut them to wire in my led running lights. and i want to reconnect them
