need help on where to start

I have a 93 rb20 240sx, i was at the track all day today and it ran fine. Couple hours later i was driving around and getting on it pretty hard. The car acted like it was going to die then it did and i started it back up. A block later, the car died again and this time it wouldn't start back up. The headlights where on and popped up when i was driving and now they are just up but they are not on. not getting and power to windows, lights or gauges. When the driver door is open you can hear the Cont passive ecu ticking thats about it. The battery is relocated to the trunk. i don't even know where to start troubleshooting. Im going to get it towed back to the garage tomorrow, any suggestions where i should start?

If the battery is in the trunk, id start with the 2 large wires (white) that go to the large power cable for everything on the car and make sure the connections are good. When doing a battery conversion, these wires many times are butchered and somehow attached to the starter positive.
