need help on torque specs

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

i have a sohc and on the head there these bars that holds the rocker arms down, i need to know how much to torque the bolts thats holds the bar down, they are like a 10mm bolt. any info. or help would be great

German torque specs- GUDENTITE (GOOD N TIGHT) or 10 to 13 ft lbs? Maybe? I usually use a 1/4" ratchet and tighten then using just the twist of my wrist.
