Thanks for your help paul and have a merry christmas
I paid $320 for it with a 3 month warranty.
This is what happen, the old engine piston's were all shooting 20 psi and only one was shooting 120 psi. The car then sat for 4 yrs inside the garage. was well maintained (body and paint) but never worked on. my parents evetually gave it to me for my first car. (I know i bet this is the first time you hear a 16 year old with a Q45 but thats how it is. I like it better than any honda i can afford like civis or accords, i really don't like honda's because to many people steal them here in orlando and there is nothing but ricers with big exhaust with no go in orlando, the only honda cars i like are the NSX and S2000 but those cost a lot LOL) Like i was saying they gave me the car i put a 50k mile engine it but when i put it in the transmission the car didnt move (the wheels only moved in the air but once the wheels hit the ground there was no action. I took it to transmission shops and they told me the cylinoids went bad in the transmission for sittin so long. And on installing it i got that covered i go to a technical institute for automotive where i got access to state of the art equipment (like lifts, tire machines etc) and laptops that have every component of every car even 2009 cars. The software shows my car's breakdown (engine, transmission, suspension etc.), but thanks for the concern. I already took the engine out 3 times because i thought i made a mistake the first time when the car didn't move but i evetually found out that the transmission was bad due to yrs of sittin. I love my infiniti Q45 because its a car i dont see a lot. I like it so much that i got two, one as a project which is the red one and black one (98 Q45t ) as a nice cruiser.
The black 98 Q45t (I know i need to get some thicker tires but these thin ones are just temporary since they came with the 18 inch rims i bought from a person who was moving in a hurry. i paid $350 for them with tires that have 75% tread left)[IMG][/IMG]

I know i know i will take off the chrome wheelbase trim that the car has the problem is that the screws are so rusty that they dont want to come off and the paint might be faded underneath so i will wait till the time comes to repaint this car. With that said even with the brutal sun here in florida the car's original paint has stayed in good shape. The car originally was always a florida car when bought new by the first owner.
