Need Help on Squeaking Spacer on STRUT...

Just finish installing my new KYB STruts on FRont and Bilstein Shocks on the REAR.. It rides GREAT NOW..

The only problem I have now is the Passanger side Plastic spacer is SQUEAKING..

First of all the parts are new when installed.. When for a test drive and the spacer started squeaking. Took the whole strut assembly out once again. Examine it and took it apart too see if maybe some dirt or something got caught between the spacer. Reassemble it back put on the truck problem still there.. SPrayed the hell of it with silicon spray and the squeaking is still there.. VERY ANNOYING...

Do I need to buy a new spacer or what???ANY HELP...
