Need Help on Profec B Spec 2 Boost Controller

I cant figure out what the problem is. but i have a 240sx has a sr20det with a Gt3071r turbo and im boosting 10 pounds on low and 18 pounds on high but when I installed the boost controller i street tuned it and it was running ok but now it dosent boost up right and i don't know what to do anymore.. Can any one help me with my boost controller or tell me wat u think is wrong with the car..

maybe the settings arent right, i had one and it was touchy. so many variables control the boost level, then spike, then how fast it spools, its a pain, just read the manual and adjust in the order they tell u too
