Need help on lowering kit!

Hey guys first time posting! I just wanted to get some opinions on what springs I should get for my 2008 Altima Coupe 2.5 SE (included that for spring info :P). Anyways I hear Eibach and H&R are the best ones. Also, Is there anything else I need to get besides the springs (i.e shocks)? I dont have stock wheels either I slapped on some 18x8.5 MRR's with 235's. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
