Need Help on KA

I just finished the motor and as soon as we started it up 30 seconds later it starts to bubble in the overflow reservoir.... ....and the smoke coming from somewhere....any idea of what the problem is on this one ... this is my first 240 and wanna start driving it soon...thanks for your help...oh and also is there a difference in the 92 temp. sensor over the 95?

oh ... smokes are coming from the exhaust manifold it seems..

When I started my car an dlet it run after I put the motor back in my exhaust mainfold smoked for a while. I think it was paint or oil burning off. You might want to check that, but with the resiviour boiling over you might have a bigger problem like air bubbles in the cooling system.
