Need help on Intake Manifold please!

I need to know what connects to this spot marked by the red circle in the picture please!
Is It just a breather for the IAVC? Can I just leave it open or should I plug it up. I started my 240 today for the first time after the rebuild and it wouldn't keep an idle. Not sure if its because of open vacuum somewhere or this spot or what.

That line is the idle air control for the car basically so if it's not hook into the intake tube or another air source the car won't idle at all. happened to me a few months back when I rebuilt my engine as well.

That line hooks up to your intake piping I'm pretty sure, before the throttle. It would be obvious if your intake piping has one spot where there's nothing connected.
