This question would be best asked over in the RB forums. But, I'll throw out some answers anyway.

I don't have an RB25, but I do have an RB26 and used to have an RB20. I've used either Gulf or Agip oil when I get my oil changes here in Japan. The shop I go to always reccomends these brands to me, and they've never done me wrong.

As for what you should use, that I can't say because I don't know what you have available, or what prices are on oils there. Oil from the U.S. is expensive as hell over here.

As for plugs, most of the RB people I know always use NGK. I use them (actually due for new plugs, myself), too. Wires? Well, actually, those are coil packs and they don't use the same types of plug wires that you may be thinking of. The RB uses a distributor-less ignition system so typical style plug wires aren't used. Split Fire makes coil packs for the RB. Okada is another brand, but those bishes are stoopid expensive over here.

That's about all I can help you with. But, still swing over to the RB forums which you can find on the right side by scrolling down the page.
