need help on g35 wheel lug pattern!

i know the pattern is 5 bolt but i cant figure out if its 5x100, 5x114.3, etc. thank you in advance 4 any help

I checked Tirerack.com and for 18' and 19' wheels, the bolt pattern for G35s is 5-114.

To make sure, i would just check the owner's manual.

5x114.3, correct.

Almost all 5-lug Nissan / Infiniti are 5x114.3.

Also, be careful about the center bore size too. Not all aftermarket wheels (or mftrs wheels) fit the Nissan. For example, Lexus wheels do not fit as is - you have to modify them - and I would be very concerned about doing that!
