need help on e to de wiring plz

hi im new here and i have a 90 that i swaped a 93 motor in and i got all the wiring don bu the auto control unit above the ecu i swaped it to a 5 speed also and i need to know if i can leve this disconnected or does it have to be hooked up if so could someone tell me how to wire it up so it will plug in i would really apretiate it cuz its been a garage hore for a bout 6 months now and i wanna drive it thanks

you're moving onto a 5 speed, why would you need an automatic control unit?
